shelby - for the past 4 weeks I have been in a caloric deficit (bodyweight x 10) my macros are dialed in, im following csrb cycling. I can't go too low carb since Currently I need to do lots of conditioning as well as lifting intensely. I haven't lost a single pound or bodyfat. what's going on here?
For the entire 4 weeks your body weight has remained unchanged?
Sounds like you might need to do a carb up of some sort, like a cheat meal or higher carb day.
