Been doing 5/3/1 3 day a week template And I'm thinking of combining bench/mp day to get all 4 lifts in just wanted to see if this looks good for that day.
1 bench paused 5/3/1
2 mp 5/3/1
3 db Bench
5 tricep press downs
I do pull ups on my lifting days
Given those parameters, looks good.
