Can anyone guide me with this question? I'm a trainer and I have clients with only 30 minute sessions, now from my understanding they all want fat loss. So for their training I'm basically having them do circuit style training so we can get more work in a shorter amount of time but i feel like there isnt a chance to incoperate periodization or a solid layout when we do circuit hiit every time. What do you guys like to do with your clients if they only have 30 minutes about 23 times a week? Thank you ! you all kick ass
Is the 30 minute time limit something you set or they set?
