Hey josh, before I ask anything I just want to say thanks for all the advice you've given me over the last year. Between that and your bench press ebook I was about to bring my bench from 390 last year to 500lbs this year at only 22 years old and 265lb body weight. So again thanks!
Now my question is that I feel like my delts have been lacking in strength and size compared to the rest of my body. Is there any workouts you can recommend that'll help me really put some strength into them?

What kind of weight can you do front/laterals with and (form strict or not??)
Answer me these and post original question so I can advise a route and degree of sepcialization needed.
