Day 1 de bench: 8x2x60%(135) at 3 grips
Day 2 me box squat 2" above parallel: 3rpm 405
Day 3 me close grip bench: 3rpm 225
Day 4 de squat/ dead: 10x2@65%(225) / dead 10x1@ 65%(225)
