Morning Harry, the accessory have varied from week to week.

On ME bench: is always pull ups started at (5x2 and now 7x2) followed by some type of shoulder raises then a tri press or extension: 4x10-5x10

ME squat/ dead: it's says ghr I don't have access to one so I do good mornings 4x10-5x10. Lunges, back raises, and abs

DE squat/dead: rev hyper I don't have a way to do them I do sldl 4x10-5x10, side bends, and hanging leg raises

DE bench: 3x3 heavy board bench from 2-5 board or rack lock out, incline db press, db c/s rows, and some sort of tri press or extension all 4x10-5x1
I do pull aparts and face pull for warm up and, do abs every workout. I do straight bar heavy shrugs on ME squat and dead days 4x12, and db shrugs on ME bench day 2x50. I hope this helps.
