if you did not have a prowler what would you sub. for it?
It's tough to sub for a Prowler, but anything that you can drag or push. If the Prowler price is an issue, then a Carpet Sled is probably the most economical option.
I haven't tried it, but possibly a Step Mill or similar cardio machine with rotating steps could be used while carrying weight.
The key is concentric only movements. Maybe pushing your car across a parking lot!
