|1/16/2015 4:15:30 PM - Jeremy
I have been following your log for a long time, and I really enjoy it. I have noticed that you only train 3 times per week.
Do you do anything in particular on your off days? Conditioning, mobility, etc.
Hey Jeremy -
Thank you for following along. I'm glad you enjoy it.
I train 3-4 days a week. But the majority of the year I stick with 3 days a week. In some phases, yes I do some work on my "off" days. At the moment I'm just training 3 days a week with nothing else added. Based on my goals of the training phase this can and does change though. Some phases I'll do low intensity cardio, high intensity cardio or both. I do most of my mobility work on training days. At times thought I'll work on my mobility or do some soft tissue work on off days. It really just depends.
I know that's not a black or white answer, but it really does vary on the goal of my current training phase.
