Hey Justin,

For someone looking to do some cardio, purely for heart health, without interfering with strength or muscle gains, what would you recommend?

Also, if you come across any more squirrels with prolapsed assholes, be sure to take a pic!

Make it high-def,
Richie

For heart health, I'd recommend 20 minutes of HIIT cardio in the following manner:
5 min warm up
1 min high intensity
3 min medium intensity
1 min high
3 min medium
1 min high
3 min medium
3 min cool down

Try to get your heart rate upwards of 85% of max on the 1 minute high intensity intervals.

work hard
