Ya they can workout on their own after 30 minutes some of them I think
I work for L.A fitness for the time being until I get my own thing on the side set up, So its all corporate bullshit so I can only train the clients what the people sign them up for
Ok, So if it were me. I would set up a main lift, and have a circuit style accessory plan laid out.
That way they can do the main lift with you. Start the circuit with you and then let's say they got 2 of 6 rounds done. They can continue by themselves.
Does that make sense? It did in my head but looks weird written down
