Hey guys. Just had some questions about incorporating jumps into my program. Im an almost 600lb squatter weighing around 210.

How do i determjne the correct height for a box?
What day should i do them? ME/DE? Are jumps a replacement for DE squats or pulls?
How many sets and reps?
How much weight could I use?

Anything else you guys can think of?

Way too much thinking!

Jump on both days before you squat. The box height doesn't really matter, much. You should land in a 1/4 to 1/2 squat position. If you can't do that, the box is too high.

Don't use weight if you're going to squat after.

3 sets of 5 reps is fine. I have my athletes do them between warm-up sets for squats sometimes.
