When doing a program from your Metroflex book and after applying the percentages laid out for the intended user (in my case, I'm using a BJ Whitehead template), if it calls for say 1 set of 4 at 80% for a secondary movement or back down set but I can do more, should I go ahead and push past the 4 reps or is it best to follow it precisely?
Two options follow it precisely and push each rep as forcefully as possible, if that just seems way to easy--give the last down set AMRAP......most of the best results have been precise but you can try the other if it feels way to easy......
