Coach, I get some shoulder pain when I squat. It goes away when I do some light lateral raises and band pull aparts and band shoulder dislocates. Do you have any idea what's causing it? It start immediately when I go under the bar. No pain when I bench or overhead press either. Thanks


You're going to think I'm crazy, but foam roll your lats. Stay off your rib, but give it a try and get back to me.

Tight lats + getting under the bar and pulling your elbows forward=shoulder pain.

Go figure!
