Day 1: DE bench 8x2x135 (60%)
Day 2: ME box squat 2" above parallel 3rpm 415
Day 3: ME close grip bench 3rpm 230
Day 4: DE squat/dead
Box squat 10x2x240 (60%)
Dead 10x1x240 (60%)
