I have this sort of discomfort and tenderness in the anterior delt armpit area. If i press down on it with a finger moderately it feels tender compared to the other shoulder. I was able to get through my bench session fine but just want to be careful is this the type of thing where I put off bench completely for a bit or perhaps use a variation at a lighter weight? Just trying to avoid potential strains or tears.
I have actually heard a lot of people lately present with the same issues.
Most of them have got relief from getting a massage focused on the Sub scap and infraspinatus
