thank you to all th experts. Looking for a little guidance on what is the difference between SLDL vs. RDL vs GM as a DL accessories. I have used all 3 for varied time peroids all in the 3-5 set of 8-12 rep range. Looking at my training logs, i am not sure if there was a difference in my overall performance.
Do they all basically work the same muscle groups?
They all work different aspects of the deadlift.
What is your sticking point in the deadlift?
Off the floor? at the knees? Lock out?
