I have dieted before but I did not make it very long because my mother is an amazing cook and I am not very strong willed when it comes to sweets. I don't plan on doing that this time. I am ready to do everything I can in and out of the gym to get the body I want. As far as how I would want to diet, it's really whatever you think would give me the best results. If you think I need to do it like a power lifter trimming down I will do that but if I will get better gains by eating like a bodybuilder then that's what I think I should do. Thanks again for everything, I really appreciate it.
With that being said I would do the anabolic diet, simple to follow and easiest to understand!
