my quads have way more muscle burn before my cardiovascular system gets out of breath during the AirDyne Bike. I get up to 130 BPM and my quads are burning but im not out of breath. I lift legs heavy 2x per week. This particular bike session was 3 days after my last squat day. Or am I just completely out of shape? I use the bike for recovery and a chance to burn extra calories.
How efficient are you on a bike?
Have you done a lot of riding in the past?
