Hey josh, how would you lay out the programs from your books for a years worth of training to be bigger stronger and leaner for the next year. Big fan, I have all of your books just trying to figure out the best one to start with for the summer.


I highly recommend starting with "The Size and Strength Stampede Flagship 12 week Program"

From the size and strength blueprint, will set the foundation for any future program
