Recently, like within the past few days, I've gotten pain right around my left tibial tuberosity. I read/heard/potentially learned at some point that the patella tendon crosses there. I don't have any swelling, its just a pain in my ass right now. Do you have any ways to alleviate said pain? I have a meet coming up, so I'm more looking for ideas to help curb the issue rather than totally get rid of it. Thanks!

I'd try some self massage now, at the area and higher up in the quad. I get similar pain now after my tendon repair. I have some tight spots in the VMO 4 - 6 " up from the knee thatni need to work on.
Use some ice periodically after you workout and in would also add in stretching for your hip flexors and quads, hips, and hamstrings. Do the hips and hip flexors before the quads and hamstrings.
