Hi Josh, I am doing the program you and your brother wrote for this year's MAW. I am 28 with 5 good years of lifting under my belt. I really enjoy doing the olympic lifts and that's why I chose that program. I am having a hard time handling the volume of work currently, I may have been too easy on myself in the past. Do I scale back and slowly add in more movements? And a diet question. I am missing out on much eating ground turkey instead of beef? Thanks for everything you do!
I would scale back the volume by about a 1/3rd or so. Definitely consider adding in some beef.
