No. We prefer whey protein, as it has more L-Leucine per serving. This is the amino acid most responsible for helping build and repair muscle tissue. However, the more proteins you can take in (eggs, beef, chicken, fish, milks, etc), the more diverse amino acids which is ideal.
Plain and simple, take in a variety of proteins. But whey is the gold standard due to its l-leucine concentration so make sure to have at least one serving per day.
