What are my chances of getting "jacked" if I drink beer 5-6 times a week? I'm not getting hammered but I probably average 4-6 drinks on these days. Let's face it...a man ain't really a man unless he can pound back a few brews. If he ain't, he's either whooped by his wife or he's a Scientologist or some shit. What do you suggest to "counter-attack" my fondness for the brewskies? I know I'm not going to have abs like L.L. Cool J but I want to have a jacked physique. Any hope for a real man? Thanks.
Well, you're putting yourself behind the 8 ball. Alcohol is just awful for your body. Nothing can out work the negative effects of drinking 5-6 days a week.
The only option is to eat well, train smart and keep your expectations low. Unless you have great genetics, you're just not going to make great progress.
