Hi Josh, wondering how you program your heavy bag work, do you do a set amount of rounds and duration of time? I just started with it and im a bit lost as to how to orogram and add progression, thanks. And i saw that instagram pic youve put up your lookin badass mate keep it up impressive hard work.

Thanks Reuben!

I like to do things like all out power punching non stop 20 seconds on 20 seconds rest as a full out sprint so to speak like you are going cray on the street do that 3 sets, rest 2-3 minutes do twice more

other days do more traditional boxing (still aggressive fast paced) 1 minute on 1 minute off 10 rounds (do this for 6 to 8 weeks) instead of adding sets, lengthening rounds shortening rest intervals just keep pushing the pace!!! throw more punches, harder punches within those parameters, you can by a device to put on your gloves to track how many punches are being thrown

Best,
Josh Bryant
