Hello, EFS! I want to ask about a possible article for the future. Think anyone on the team would be interested in educating all of us trainees out there on the effects hard training can have on testosterone levels?

You always read in a bunch of half-hearted articles about the purported boosting of test from hard training. Well, some of us train demons and go a bit too far in the weight room, and we end up lowering test through training, I believe.

Just a thought. I'd like to learn more about this phenomena! Thanks!

Eric

Eric,

Thanks for the input and idea!

I will certainly mention something to a few of our columnists and see if they would be interested in a topic.

Meanwhile though, I did some digging through the site and managed to find these articles.

Resisting the Decline by Joe Giandonato

Top Testosterone Boosting Tips, Part 1 by Scott Mendelson

Top Testosterone Boosting Tips, Part 2 by Scott Mendelson

The Big "T" by Jamie Hale

I don't think they are addressing your exact topic, but they do have some very interesting and useful information that you might be able to benefit from.
