Hello, EFS! I want to ask about a possible article for the future. Think anyone on the team would be interested in educating all of us trainees out there on the effects hard training can have on testosterone levels?
You always read in a bunch of half-hearted articles about the purported boosting of test from hard training. Well, some of us train demons and go a bit too far in the weight room, and we end up lowering test through training, I believe.
Just a thought. I'd like to learn more about this phenomena! Thanks!
