My left sternoclavicular joint is dislocated/subluxed according to my sports med doc. Any tips for aiding recovery and training around the injury?

Yeah, don't mess with that injury. Let it heal. If you're out for 4-6 weeks you won't lose anything. Be smart with rehab and be patient.

Obviously, there will be no pressing or pulling. Unless you have a SSB there will be no squatting. Even with a SSB, the pressure on that joint is probably too much. Use this time as a life deload and prepare you program for when you are fully cleared.

Nothing helps you heal like rest and following the guidelines set forth by your PT.
