My knees are making a crunchy sound whenever I bend them, no pain, just the sound. I've added TKE's, leg extensions, hamstring curls and some hip work w/ a small circular band when I warmup but not much has helped. Any recommendations?


We call this noise crepitus, or joint noise. It can be clinically significant or note. If you have no pain associated with it it is no big deal right now.
I'd get some soft tissue work on the region, do so stretching for the region, hips, hip flexors, quads, calves, hamstrings, get some knee sleeves to keep it warm, and don't stress over it or try to reproduce the clicking noise in any repeated fashion.
You can reinforce it it or exacerbate it if you constantly do this.
