I'm lifting in a meet on the 18th, i'm weighing 248 today, would like to make 242s. I dont know shit about losing weight....how do i drop 6 pounds in 10 days. I wouldnt care about losing the weight except for the fact that this hick we call "fat legs" seems to always make 242 and is always unaposed. His best bench is about 30 pounds better than mine but i have a 165lb advantage on the deadlift. Please and Thanks and thanks for all the informative articles and great gear!!!! Mark

6 pounds in 10 days in nothing!! What day are you weighing in?? Try this: With a meet on the 18th, make sure you eat clean that week. You may need to cuz a few carbs out, but I think you can lose the weight without doing that. On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday drink 2 gallons of water. Thursday, cut it back to about 1/2 gallon. Friday, almost no water (depending on where your weight is by then... if you're already at 242, you could probably drink some water.) Then weigh in on Saturday. (if you weigh-in on Friday, just push everything back a day.) The key is to drop water weight, nothing else.
