Foam Pressing

Foam Pressing
Muscles stimulated Chest, Shoulders, Triceps

I always remember the famous quote from Dave Tate, "I'll press off of anything. Give me a hoagie and I'll press off that thing!" I swear I'm not making that up.

So while foam pressing might not be as exciting or messy as pressing off of a fully stacked hoagie, it has it's merits.

For one, it is great for people who have shoulder issues; it will limit the last part of the ROM and give you shoulders some relief.

Second, you will be able to handle some heavier weights which I am all for.

Third, you don't have to smuggle the foam into a commerical gym like you would the boards. You can simply state that it is a rehab tool. And when you say "tool" you can smile and make sure the Jabroni at the front desk knows that you are actually talking about him.

Hoodie is optional, though,
