Who is Brian Schwab?
Currently training to get bigger and stronger. Upcoming meet is the Powerstation Pro/Am on August 21st. Brian is currently designing a piece of equipment that will revolutionize home gyms as well as completing the most informative and entertaining bench press training DVD of all time.

#1 ranked powerlifter in the 148lbs. class and a WPO champion in the lightweight division. He also won the 148lbs. class in the first Bench America contest and is recognized as one of the most impressive powerlifters in the world. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Sciences from the University of Florida and now owns and operates Orlando Barbell (www.orlandobarbell.com) which caters to Powerlifters, but has everything to meet general fitness needs. Brian's best lifts in the 148 class are a 765 (5xs bodyweight) squat, the highest full meet bench of 565, and a 606 deadlift. He has the highest all time total of 1930 in the 148lb class. He also has an 825 squat (also 5xs bodyweight), the highest full meet bench of 622 and a 628 deadlift in the 165 lb class. He has totaled 2045 in the 165s which is currently the third highest total of all time in this class.
