Chad,
How are things? I hear your recycling dna in the form of sandwiches. Did you ever try to combine speed and me work into your routine? I going to try it for the next few weeks and see. Something like Speed Squats @ 5 x 3 followed by ME ex (pull, sq or gm). By the way i had a nice big chips and curry about two weeks ago and one of my cats sat next to me and sneezed into the fuckin thing. The dog had a good night. Would you have eaten them?? I had only just started. Take it easy.

I am not sure about the cat thing, i don't really like cats anyway. If it was the dog maybe. The blood was my own, so what the hell. If you are talking about doing speed and max on the same day, i have not tryed it. Doesn't make much sense to me, but who knows. I don't think it is good to go from doing band or chain work then jump into straight weight. Seems like a good way to hurt yourself. I know some of the Westside guys will do the band speed work then keep the same band tension and go for a heavy single. This would be better on your body, tendons, and ligaments. I have never done it, but it has worked for them. Hope that helps some and i hope everything else is going good for you too.
