Hey Mike R.

You mentioned spreading back work of the course of
a week. How would you brake that up?

Thanks,
Glad to have you back!

Max,

Thanks. It's good to be back.

What I did at Westside was throw in a little upper back work with every workout. I would never do the same exercise two training days in a row and I would switch up if I went heavy/low rep or lighter/high rep. It worked well. With not having much time to train, it's a bit difficult to devote as much time as I would like to hit my upper back after my bench training. I believe, at the moment, my upper back is a weak point for me.

Live Strong!,
Mike Ruggiera
