Bob, I really like the new format of your training log. I'll be watching for the tips.

Why are you running sprints? Do you think other PLs should use sprint training? Thanks!

Adam,
I'm very pleased to hear that you like the way I am doing my log now. I'm doing the sprints to help get myself in shape and lose bodyfat. I do NOT think powerlifters should do sprints. Keep in ind that I am no longer a powerlifter. I do think that powerlifters should walk for 15-20 minutes 3-4 days per week. I think this would help with their general health and it is also good recovery work.

Bob Youngs
