Hey Dave I saw in your chain press video you were wearing a bench belt which looks like it had Spuds tag on it! Is that a new belt design by Spud or a sample just for you to try out? ALSO would love to have an article or dvd showing how you transformed yourself with proper nutrition and training! Was your diet Beradi and Harris mix? Did you ever try the MT Diet? Stay Strong
John

A couple weeks back when I was in SC Mark gave me a couple new belts to play with. One was a DL belt ( This is teh one I was wearing) and the other a bench belt. The DL is 4 inches and the bench belt 2. They will be ready to sell and on the site in a few weeks.

I like the 4 inch a lot. It is soft and still gives good sort. It also does not roll over like all the other soft belts.

The 2" in belt is great for bench shirts and it really what it is made for.

No plans for an article on my diet history and training. It is all been documented in my log. Maybe in time I will pull all the relevant log notes and make a article out of them.

Never tried the MT diet. Eric can help you with any questions you have on it if you are interested.

John and Justin have both been a great help to me.
