Blast Strap Side Bends

These are pretty tough. Set the blast strap up so it's only a foot or two off the ground. Make sure you feet are staggered so you have a wider base. Keep your arm straight and drop your hips down and up. Repeat on the other side.

You must really work on keep your arm straight. If your arm extends out away from you, then you will not be supported correctly.
