1 hand kettlebell swings

The critical aspect here is NOT to squat w/the KB, rather push your hips and butt waaaaaaay back so you are performing approx. 1/3 of a good morning motion.

The hips generate the force to move the weight NOT the upper body.

Nothing wrong with using heavy KB's here for 1 arm swings.
