A Guide to the EFS Exercise Index

You hit a gold mind. At EFS we wanted to create the biggest, most comprehenisve exercise index. And we are doing it.

We have 14 different exercise categories to make it easy for you to find the exercise that you are looking for. These include:

1. Band Exercises
2. Barbell Lifts
3. Blast Strap Exercises
4. Cable Exercises
5. Calisthenics
6. Dumbbell Lifts
7. Grip Exercises
8. Kettle Bell Lifts
9. Machine Exercises
10. Medicine Ball Drills
11. Rehabilitation Exercises
12. Sled Drills
13. Strongman Drills
14. Video Exercises

The EFS Exercise Index is a living, growing entity. We are going to be constantly updating it and adding in new movements as well as redoing the older ones.

Not only are we going to have photos, but why you should do the lift, the potential benefits and how to set it up.

The Exercise Index is done alphabetically. So in order for you to see which exercises are the most recent, all you have to do is select the current month and the year and press View Questions. You do not need to select an author.

The EFS Exercise Index is for one thing; to get you strong. So click around, take some notes, print off some pictures and get to the gym. You don't get strong by sitting behind a computer.

Please remember, while these movements are reviewed by our PT's we are not doctors and DO NOT prescribe "corrective" or "rehabilitation" movements. Please check with your doctor or PT before doing any of these movements.
