Another freakin leg day.....
I have come to realize that squatting 881 @ 220 was easier than trying to do all these stupid ass lunges, one legged squats, and other bullshit leg exercises Joe McCoy dreams up. I have to admit it's working though. I'm maintaining a daily bodyweight of around 186-188 and can actually see some of the muscles that I have. I really believe that Joe structures these workouts to get back at me for something I must have done back when we were young. Regardless, the leg days never get any fuckin easier even as I get in better shape.
4 x 10 Smith Machine One-legged squats
4 x 10 Close stance Smith Machine box squats
3 x 10,8,6 Wide Stance SM free squats
3 x 6 Heavy Lunges
4 x 20 Leg Press (3 plates, 4 plates, etc )
Thank god it's over. I now look forward to not training legs again for 7 days.
