For some reason today I felt like my shoulders weren't bothering me as bad as normal and decided to push it a little. Don't know if this was a good idea or a bad idea, but nonetheless an idea.
3 x 8 Floor Press w/ DB (worked up to 125's)
3 x 8 Heavy flies on flat bench
3 x 8 Chest press (1 arm at a time)
3 x ??? Elevated medicine ball push ups
3 x 8 One arm over head press
3 x 8 Seated pulls to the face
3 x 12 side laterals
At this point I'm starting to realize that "idea" I had might have been a bad one. Shoulders were starting to ache and remind me that even though some days I feel good, they are still all torn up.
Oh well. I'll take the good days when I can get them.
Off to do 45 minutes of cardio.
