Squat- 7/29/09- Tuesday
1)Squat (all beltless)
2a)Single Leg Squats (stepping off bench)
BWx5 x5 x6
BWx12 x12 x12
30 minutes incline treadmill
Now I remember why I always take the week off following a meet. Benching earlier in the week, my elbows were sore, and now my knees are feeling sore from the squatting. And the top set was very difficult.
I'm feeling tired in general and pretty low motivation...the latter which is usually not like me. I think I'll probably take off from the deadlift session and maybe just do some light upper body work in addition to the cardio.
