Squat (overtraining)Video Tuesday

The depth on these squats was consistently not good. With the higher bar position, I'm having a hard time getting quite as deep. I think it stems from my lack of comfort in letting my knees continue to travel forward once I've hit what feels like depth.

This will probably take time and some lighter weights to sort out if I decide to stick to it.

I was going to take 3 minutes of rest of the squats, but quickly abandoned that idea. 5 minutes was more like it.

My upper back feels like I was trampled by stampeding buffalo that had skateboard tape on their hooves. It's all knotted and jacked up with awesome rug-burn scabs.
