Another night of legs and pain.....
So now that I'm back from a week in Vegas I thought I would "ease" myself back into my training, obviously I was wrong since I train with "Robocop". Today we did most of our training as "timed training", yeah this isn't fun.
1 legged squats (1 minute each leg) supersetted with 2 minutes of box squats (no weight) - total of 4 minutes per set - for 3 sets
Alternating lunges with weight 3 x 10 each leg
60 second weighted wall squats (starting high and lowering yourself every 10 seconds) for 4 sets
2 Minutes sets of leg presses - 3 sets
Finished with normal calf work - 4 sets
Now off to cardio......
Backward sprints the length of our track(one side) carrying a 35 lb plate. Then drop the plate and sprint back down the other side of the track forward. 8 Laps, which equals 1 mile.
Needless to say if I can to take another step lunch was coming back up.
