Squat

60kgx10, 100x5, 140x5, 180x5, 220x5,240kgx1, 260kgx1,half suit & wraps 320kgx1,340kgx1

Raw squat (no belt)

140kgx5, 180kgx5, 220kgx5

standing calve raises (super set with seated calve raises)

12 reps standing, switch to seated 12 reps.. Repeated 3 times.
