Today felt pretty good. I was having a hard time with the grip on the deadlifts. I'm not sure if it was because the bar was smooth or because of all the fat bar chinups from yesterday.

Got a nice little pump in the lower body from the reverse lunges. My glutes and quads are my 2nd and 3rd favorite places to get a pump in the lower body...the 1st is...well, ya know.
