Back on the wagon....

After a vacation to Vegas and some traveling for work it felt good to get back in the gym and get back to training. It was worth a few weeks of eating like shit and laying by the pool to let my body rest. But now it's time to climb back on the wagon.

3 x 8 alt db curls
3 x 21's
3 x 8 laying cable curls
3 x 12 db concentration curls

3 x 10 tricep pushdowns
4 x 12 Overhead barbell extensions
3 x 10 reverse grip pushdown
3 x 15 close grip pushups

30 minutes of cardio

The cardio is the hardest thing for me to work back in to. Today's 30 minutes seemed like an eternity.
