Leg night and I'm not feeling too good.
Tuesday has rolled around again, as it does every week and once again I wasn't looking forward to this. To be quite honest as hard as these workouts are I think they are by far the ones that I get the most out of. For some strange reason we have been experimenting with doing timed sets on certain things and it kicks the shit out of us. Oh well, as long as it's keeping me in shape I'm happy with it.
Leg extenions - 4 x 1 minute sets
Hack squats - 4 x 10 reps (going heavier each set)
One legged squats - 4 x 6 heavy - supersetted with 1 minute with no weight
Leg Press - 3 x 2 minute sets
By the end of this even McCoy said he was going to throw up.....made me feel a whole lot better hearing that. Mr. Robocop himself.
