Arm Day

Made it through the 2nd day of cleaning up my diet. I'm not 100% yet, but I'm getting there. It's a slow process! And with Buckeye football starting this Saturday it looks like for the next 12 weeks I'll be having a cheat day on Saturday. I have to have chips and salsa during the game.

4 x 15 Reverse grip pushdowns
4 x 10 Overhead D-Bell Extensions
4 x 15 Wide grip Pushdowns
4 x 15 Preacher Curls
3 x 12 Straight Bar Curls
