Friday deadlift sesion
60kgx10, 100kgx5, 140kgx5, 180kgx5, 220kgx5, 260kgx2, 295kgx2
Block deadlifts from below the knee
300kgx2, 320kgx1, 340kgx1, 362.5kgx1
For the block deadlifts, I would like to have locked out the weight harder and held on to it longer. I didnt want to do these every week so I will hit them again after I have squated at the UK open chamionships this sunday.
raw deadlifts no belt

I felt drained on my last few sets of raw deadlits, my hands felt sore from the block deadlifts. I find since adding the raw deadlifts at the end I have a lot more stamina with my pulls.
A strong back and grip are important for a big deadlift,
