Since my sleeping schedule is still off, I woke up too late to really get to any of the gyms before I closed. So I had to go to a more dingy gym up by me in Harlem. When I went there before, they told me no deadlifts because of the people downstairs, but it was late enough that nothing else was opened.

There were no collars and I had trouble finding 5lb plates that actually fit on the bar, but other than that...it's a damn block from where I live. This place is so cheap that I'm considering joining just for the occasional cardio session and upper body workout, since it's 24 hours as well.

Onto the workout. Man, my deadlift sucked. That was about all I had in me with 440. Partly because of the tiredness, but also because of last weeks stupidity. Hopefully, I'll be back up to speed in just a few more weeks.

Put back in leg curls for the first time in years. I need to get the hamstrings up to par, and want something to really concentrate on them with. The GHR model that I use doesn't really do it for me.
