Little better than last week still. I know that the deload coming up will do me well. The barbell reverse lunges are getting stronger, and my ass seems to be growing a bit. Could just be the thong I was wearing.

Speaking of which, I actually went for a jog (mainly a walk) outside on Sunday night for the first time in probably 10 years. Despite it not being that easy on the joints, it was actually pretty pleasant. As I get a little more well conditioned, I might add these in once in a while.

As a direct result of this, my lower body workouts have been taking longer. Usually I feel like death after a set of reverse lunges where I'm really pushing myself, but I'm starting to be able to pick up the pace a little faster. This could definitely be beneficial in the long run (no pun intended).

On a sad note, Patrick Swayze passed. He made some movies that I enjoyed including Roadhouse...and yes, Ghost. Don't judge me.

His Chippendale's sketch on Saturday Night Live with Chris Farley was one of my favorites of all time, but I couldn't find it online. Instead, here is one of Swayze with Hans and Frans.
